Create and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the Ontario curriculum and address key learning objectives 3. Provide clear explanations of complex concepts, use relevant examples, and encourage critical thinking skills 4. Offer support in homework assignments, projects, and exam preparation, helping students build confidence and competence 5. Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback on areas of improvement 6. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to participate and ask questions 7. Collaborate with students' parents or guardians to provide updates on progress and discuss strategies for further improvement **Qualifications**: 1. Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field for Chemistry 2. Holder of Teaching Certification issued by the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) 5. Proficiency in using technology to incorporate digital resources and tools into tutoring sessions 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues 7. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and student abilities 8. Exceptional organizational skills to plan lessons, monitor student progress, and manage tutoring schedules 9. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students overcome challenges and achieve academic success. **Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for virtual tutoring is needed.** 1.
