**Role and Responsibilities**

Verify and follow up to complete orders with customers while ensuring that we have the correct information (price, item number, description);
Provide updates and follow up on back orders to customers;
Handle credits, returns and complaints as needed and ensure that issues are resolved;
Analyze various situations and make decisions in an efficient and structured manner.

Assist other departments with their various requests;
