We are excited to announce that we are hiring a full-time, permanent Labourer to commence work on current and upcoming projects in the Nanaimo area. VIP is looking for an experienced, highly dependable Labourer who will be responsible for:

- Setting up, organizing, and maintaining the job site,
- Assisting with excavation and compaction,
- Leveling earth and groundworks,
- Operating specialty tools and equipment, and
- Following safe work practices, company policies, and direction of supervisors.

**Education and Experience**:

- Minimum one year experience in construction,
- High school diploma,
- Valid driver’s license,
- Traffic control certification considered an asset,
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce work of high-quality and accuracy,

- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
