**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive used equipment sales across wholesale channels while maximizing proceeds and achieving volume targets.
- Identify and develop opportunities with dealers, brokers, exporters, and auction companies.
- Establish and maintain strong business-to-business relationships within the industry.
- Evaluate and implement best practices for equipment disposition and revenue improvement.
- Advise internal teams on equipment condition and resale value.
- Determine optimal geographic strategies for equipment sales.
- Maintain accurate records in a sales CRM and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and logistics for equipment sales.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Proven experience in the **used equipment sales market**, including wholesale, retail, and auction channels.
- Recognized track record of success within the **construction and industrial sales industry**.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to assess equipment value and condition.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Ability to influence across departments without direct authority.
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
