**In-office locations: Montreal, QC, Canada.** **Remote location(s): Canada.** Minimum qualifications: - Master's Degree or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of work experience including 2 years working on HR/L&D technology. - Experience architecting Learning & Development or HR-related tools and systems. - Experience working using Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies. Preferred qualifications: - Experience working with Machine Learning APIs or leveraging pre-build ML models to create engaging experiences. - Experience with front end (eg, HTML/CSS/JS) and backend (eg, Python, Java, Go) web/software development technologies.- Experience working with sensitive and private information to create insights.- Experience at startups or working in an entrepreneurial capacity. **About the job**: In this role, you would serve as the technical leader on Learning and Development (L&D) technology projects, solving problems for the business but also influencing the future L&D technology roadmap in service of PeopleDev’s needs. This would involve deep technical architecture expertise, writing technical design documents, managing product roadmaps and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.
