**Job Duties & Details**
- Work alongside and direct workers engaged in general construction, carpentry work, installing floors, cabinets, trim, interior doors etc.
- Work and communicate with the project manager and designer to ensure the project is executed as per the scope.
- Assist other carpenters and laborers with production and efficiency.
- Ensure construction safety and health practices are followed at all times.
- Check the work area and materials before starting work to ensure that everything is in good condition.
- Supervise activities, and assist with schedule coordination, of carpenters, laborers, and trades.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Ensure that our projects are running smoothly by performing necessary tasks and on site management.
- Provide regular job status reports as needed.
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Carpentry experience
- General construction experience
- Ability to work independently, as well as with others
- Experience leading a team
- Good at problem solving

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
