Your role at Clorox:
What an exciting time to join a winning team where you will get to lead cultural transformation This role will play an instrumental role on the Plant Leadership team for GLAD and Brita to provide strategic HR direction on people processes and initiatives. This role will lead, develop and execute initiatives in support of the business and people pillar to drive a culture of agility, accountability, leadership and engagement.

The role will facilitate day to day HR Operations using a hybrid framework to support both GLAD, in Orangeville and Brita, in Brampton, non-unionized facilities and be involved in any HR project that impacts the Supply Chain operations.

In this role, you will:
- Lead people initiatives to support Plant Leadership teams at two plant locations- Partner with Plant leadership teams in the implementation of people processes and organizational changes/change management- Counseling and Coaching - educate, advise, and be reachable/presence as needed.- Assurance of policies applied in a consistent way across the facilities- Onboarding on HR process for new Plant leadership teams members- Communication and Networking- Maintain communications and linkage to the HR Center and enterprise wide initiatives.- Liaise with Plant leadership teams on organizational development, recruitment, capability and training (Global Solutions and Workforce Services)- Lead communication work stream on HR processes (for changes, programs, updates, etc.)- Contribute on the HR initiatives/work streams to drive the Plants objectives- Support on key business tracking metrics (Headcount, Regrettable Turnover, Leadership and Employee satisfaction indicators, etc) the decision-making process for people processes.- Support succession and workforce planning for the two facilities- Driving HR agenda and annual people planning as needed. (monthly and quarterly reviews of all the plants, training information, changes to policies or updates on people, key human resource updates like hiring, reviews, handbook changes or organization changes, discipline.)- Participate/ lead special people, engagement and change management initiatives while fostering an inclusive and diverse work culture- Lead annual wage and compensation analysis for plant employees- Work with the Canadian People & team to provide payroll back-up and provide PSO perspective on all major initiatives, support to the team and also own the implementation of corporate initiatives into the plant environments

What we look for:
- Minimum 7 years HR experience- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plant Human Resources Manager in a Manufacturing/Operations environment is required

Skills and Abilities:- Change management and project management capabilities- Strong employee relations skills, employment and labor law knowledge- Experience with organizational design/effectiveness (work systems, organizational assessments)- Strategic thinking - process oriented- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills; able to effectively engage with all levels of organization and internal and external audiences.- Innovative thinking with the ability to partner with manufacturing partners effectively

Education Level/Degree:
- Bachelor’s Degree required- Advanced Degree in Business or HR specialty preferred.
