**Overview**
Windows of Fashion and Surroundings has been setting the standard for custom blinds, drapery and luxury home interiors for 48 years. We manage all aspects of our clients’ projects from the creative concept through the ordering process and installation.

If you are creative, organized, driven, passionate about design, sales and building customer relationships, you have what it takes to join our window covering sales team.

As a window covering sales and design consultant, you would have a combination of store front, office, and on site, visiting customers, offering expert advice and selling our products. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical knowledge, and salesmanship to help clients achieve their ideal home environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Client Consultation and Design**:Conduct in home or show room consultations to understand the clients design needs, preferences, and budgets. Provide insightful advice on color, style, texture, and functionality of various window coverings and home furnishings.

**Sales and Business Development**: Present, quote, and sell products, striving to meet or exceed sales targets. Actively follow up on leads and look for new business opportunities.

**Accurate Measurements and Specifications**:Take precise measurements of windows and report all necessary specifications to ensure accurate ordering and a seamless installation process.

**Project Management**: Coordinate the entire project lifestyle, including order processing and collaborating with the installers
- Exceptional, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, particularly with measurements and order accuracy.
- Self motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently with excellent time management skills.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to address unexpected challenges.
- High School, diploma or equivalent, some university coursework preferred.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for in-home consultations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$77,805.42 per year
