**Rental Department Responsibilities**:

- Deliver and pick up all rental equipment, including forklifts with a capacity of up to 5,000 lbs (under 9,000 lbs total weight).
- Transport rental attachments as required, ensuring they are secured and handled with care.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all rental deliveries and returns, verifying condition and completing paperwork as necessary.
- Serve as backup support for the shipping department when the primary shipper is on vacation, including preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming deliveries.

**Sales Department Responsibilities**:

- Deliver and retrieve demonstration (Demo) units for prospective customers in coordination with the sales team.
- Transport sold equipment directly to customers, ensuring timely delivery and a professional hand-off.
- Pick up and deliver forklift batteries for sales clients as requested.
- Assist in collecting sales orders or materials from third-party suppliers to support ongoing deals and deliveries.

**Parts Department Responsibilities**:

- Pick up bulk parts or supply orders from external vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely arrival to support warehouse inventory and service team needs.

**Shop Support**:

- Pick up and deliver forklift parts needed for service and repairs from designated suppliers or vendors, helping to reduce equipment downtime.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating forklifts is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to material handling equipment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members, suppliers, and customers.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure all transportation complies with safety and legal requirements.
- Maintain daily logs and records as required.
- Flexibility to support various departments based on business demands.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in various outdoor weather conditions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
