**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current food trends while meeting customer preferences.
- Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency and quality of dishes served.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food handling, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Handle any customer feedback or concerns regarding food quality or service promptly and professionally.
**Skills**
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
- Proven experience in team management within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Expertise in food handling, preparation, and presentation techniques.
- Knowledge of bartending is a plus, enhancing the overall dining experience for guests.
