Overview:Operate a safe, productive and efficient Hollowcore Plant and supervise Production of Precast components as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise line employees’ work quality, productivity and attendance.
- Provide safe, healthy and environmentally sustainable workplace for employees, contactors and visitors.
- Organize and schedule personnel for daily operation of HC production and Yarding/Loading products in a unionized environment.
- Work with sales and marketing employees to encourage solid customer relationships from a production perspective and provides input on job estimates when requested
- Review sales estimate and instruct Estimators on productivity and production methods.
- Work with Project Managers/Coordinators to plan production in advance in terms of materials, product, lines and personnel.
- Plan and coordinate work activities to meet deadlines.
- Review shop drawings for materials, errors, impracticalities and resolve by interacting with Engineering, QC, Project Coordinators, and /or customers.
- Interpret drawings for efficient, safe production procedures.
- Optimize production resources to ensure efficient and safe plant operations.
- Innovate methods and equipment to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
- Meet production deadlines.
- Purchase materials, parts and equipment as defined by Operational Policies, and ensure on time delivery of raw materials.
- Work with Operations team to hire and train personnel and adjust workforce to achieve casting schedule.
- Oversee the batching systems and monitors raw materials inventory
- Oversee deliveries of products to customers.
- Oversee the Yard Coordinator in preparing documentations like Bill of Ladings (BOLs), Custom documents for foreign shipments, and other reports needed are accurately complete in an efficient timely manner
- Maintain a tracking list for materials consumption on a daily basis
- Maintain an accurate inventory of hollowcore and precast products
- Maintain an accurate inventory of Production, Yard, Erection and Anchor materials
- Train and mentor all line employees to develop a team and safety culture
- Provide leadership to charge hands and lead hands, and empower employees to action whenever possible.
- Purchase material, parts and equipment as defined by the company’s operational policies.
- Order materials including inventory for standard items plus sourcing for unique infrequent items.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of HC and Yard equipment and facilities
- Maintain the tracking list for the In Vehicle Monitoring Systems (IVMS)
- Participate in the Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings and activities
