**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Lead and manage the shop team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a motivated and efficient team.
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including payroll management and employee scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products or services.
- Analyze sales reports and metrics to identify trends and make informed decisions for shop improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and payroll calculations.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for sales processing.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and lead the team effectively.
- Ability to manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Experience in retail sales with a track record of achieving sales targets is advantageous.
- Strong team management abilities with an emphasis on fostering a collaborative work environment.
