As a Estimator, you will be responsible for driving around Edmonton to hot leads, gathering measurements, composing estimates, and following up with quotes until completed. The role will also include some lead generation, upselling, and networking.

**Responsibilities**

  • Drive to hot leads in Edmonton and surrounding areas to gather measurements for window and gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and snow removal projects.
  • Compose estimates and quotes based on gathered measurements and company pricing guidelines.
  • Follow up with leads and clients to answer questions, provide additional information, and close sales.
  • Generate new leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Upsell additional services to existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure accurate project coordination and completion.
  • Keep accurate records of all estimates, quotes, and follow-ups using company software and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and estimates.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Previous experience in sales, estimating, or related field is an asset but not required.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically able to perform required tasks.
