As Wuxly continues its growth as a leading Canadian brand, we are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to help power and support all operations around warehouse logistics, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and more We are looking for someone who is Humble, Hungry, Hardworking, and is able to wear multiple hats in an exciting, team oriented, start-up environment.

This is a full time, permanent position. This position requires in-person duties, and reports from Wuxly’s Mississauga warehouse location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse
- Coordinates all activities of distribution, warehousing, receiving, pick, pack and shipping
- Regularly audit and monitor the warehouse and ensure compliance with Health and Safety, and Wuxly policies and procedures
- Lead the coordination and completion of physical inventory counts
- Support and drive continuous improvement by identifying improvement opportunities around all operational processes within the warehouse
- Collaborate with colleagues on the implementation of Wuxly’s Enterprise Resource Planning system, in relation to all warehouse processes and inventory
- Operate a forklift when required to assist with Warehouse operations
- Coordinate with property management for any building maintenance or improvements required

**Profile**:

- Humble, Hungry, Hardworking
- At least 2 years related industry experience
- Strong organizational skills, and proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive understanding of safe work practices
- Able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable using rolling steps to pick inventory from elevated racks
- Must have a valid driver license.
- Must possess valid Forklift license (reach)
- High level of accountability
