**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development.
- Collaborate with other educators and specialists to support the diverse needs of all students, including those with special education requirements.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and classroom activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and other necessary documentation.
- Utilize technology for classroom management and educational purposes, ensuring effective computer operation for lesson planning and communication.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with early childhood education trends.

**Experience**
- A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education is required.
- Experience working in a classroom setting with young children.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy classroom environment are essential.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth in a supportive setting is critical for success in this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.06-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
