Oral Science is currently looking for a **Bilingual** **Customer Service Specialist**.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Process and approve orders from customers, wholesalers and representatives
- Manage customer returns and complaints
- Welcome visitors
- Support other departments as needed

**Required profile**
- Perfect bilingualism required (english/french), both verbal and written
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Professional attitude and customer-centric approach
- Ability to learn quickly and attention to detail
- Computer skills (use of several software systems at the same time), Experience with Mac (an asset)
- Punctual, organized and able to multi-task (essential)
- Knowledge of the dental field (an asset)

**Type of employment**
- Permanent, in-office, full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9h00 a.m. - 5h00 p.m.
- Oral Science offers competitive compensation including a group savings plan as well as a medical and dental insurance program.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
