- Rotation/Shifts- Days and evenings, including weekends, 8 hour shifts.

- Basic Requirements- Diploma in Food Service Supervision or Food Nutrition Management;
- Member in Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM);
- Must have a good understanding of operating procedures of institutional (hospital) food service equipment;
- Three years experience in a supervisory capacity, preferably in a unionized environment;
- Knowledge of food service administration to plan, organize, control and evaluate activities;
- Knowledge of revenue generating, profitability and inventory control procedures;
- Good marketing skills;
- Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational and leadership skills.
