Office Coordinator

**Summary**:
This position performs a variety of administrative duties, including asset management and program support, to assist the Business Unit Operations of SGS Canada.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Business Unit Operations Support
- Provide full administrative support to the BUOM, the ROM, and retail staff
- Become proficient in organization computer systems and software
- Organize, maintain and coordinate asset files, records and contracts
- Support retail staff and managers for programs such as Wheels Truck Lease, Workhub, GeoTab, EHS, Market research and analysis of data
- Train staff for various programs, and troubleshoot problems as required
- Perform Advanced Bookkeeping functions
- Review, evaluate and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Complete and assist with managing Purchase Orders and contracts
- Assist with the management of accounts payable and Capital Expense
- Create and maintain records for mobile and fixed assets
- Support and assist with the implementation and on ongoing requirements for EHS and Risk Management programs
- Ensure accuracy of asset descriptions and placement of all mobile assets
- Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years administrative experience
- Certificate or diploma in office administration an asset, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
