**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for various construction tasks.
- Install cabinets and fixtures with precision and attention to detail.
- Perform masonry work including bricklaying, stone setting, and concrete finishing.
- Execute welding tasks as required for repairs or installations.
- Restore and maintain existing structures, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Install drywall and prepare surfaces for painting or finishing.
- Read and interpret schematics to execute projects accurately.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction activities.
- Conduct construction painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of structures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in multiple trades including heavy equipment operation, cabinet installation, masonry, welding, drywall installation, and carpentry.
- Strong ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to construction work.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in construction environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
