**Job Description**:
As the Social Media Manager: TikTok and Instagram at Techo-Bloc, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's visibility and engagement on these platforms. You will have the exciting opportunity to work with an established Instagram following of over 112,000 users, with room for growth and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a tailored social media strategy for TikTok and Instagram, harnessing our 112,000 Instagram followers, to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Create visually captivating and engaging content specifically for TikTok and Instagram, with a focus on short videos and image-based posts.
- Generate fresh content ideas, storyboards, and scripts for short videos on these platforms.
- Shoot and edit high-quality short videos optimized for TikTok and Instagram, maintaining consistency with the Techo-Bloc brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing initiatives, capitalizing on our established Instagram following.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely postings on TikTok and Instagram.
- Monitor and engage with comments and messages on these platforms, fostering a sense of community.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in crafting engaging content for TikTok and Instagram.
- Proficiency in video editing for short-form content and graphic design for visually appealing posts.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to effectively convey the Techo-Bloc brand message.
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok and Instagram platforms, analytics, and scheduling tools.
- A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to think outside the box for these specific platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A passion for the hardscape and outdoor design industry.
