**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a hands-on Laundry Manager to oversee our daily operations, manage client relationships, and lead our laundry team. This role is a mix of management and hands-on work, ensuring that all linens meet our quality standards while keeping operations efficient.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily laundry operations, ensuring efficiency and quality control
- Manage and support the laundry team, fostering a productive work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, maintain relationships with existing clients, and assist in securing new accounts
- Ensure all orders are processed, cleaned, and delivered on time
- Operate and maintain industrial laundry equipment as needed
- Monitor inventory levels for linens, detergents, and supplies
- Enforce safety and cleanliness standards within the facility
- Deliver clean laundry to clients as needed
- Work closely with upper management to improve workflow and service quality

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in laundry management, hospitality, or industrial cleaning preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Valid class 5 drivers licence with a clean driving record
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to perform hands-on laundry tasks as needed
- Basic knowledge of industrial laundry equipment and maintenance is a strong plus

Pay: $52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Laundry: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Drivers license? (preferred)
