- Previous industrial paint experience is not required (but would be an asset).
- Experience using a point of sale system or handling payments is not required (but would be an asset)
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Comfortable dealing with customers in person and over the phone
- A quick learner
- Able to work in a warehouse with paint fumes present
- Ability to be hands-on and handle products
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently or as part of a group
- Ability to take on responsibility
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds often during a shift
- Have reliable transportation to work.
