**Job Description**:
**Role Specific Accountabilities**:

- Oversee the work of the Experienced Hires coordinators, helping to load balance, audit work for accuracy and be the first point of escalation for issues that arise.
- Work with the Experienced Hires coordinator team to identify process improvements for all Talent Acquisition processes, including invoicing, interview booking, offer letters, background checks, pre-boarding and hand off to onboarding.
- Responsible for managing the relationship with our background check and translation vendors.
- Act as an administrator on our Applicant Tracking System and attend regular meetings with our customer success manager.
- Maintain offer letter templates and liaise with other HR teams for updates as required.
- Undertake projects and other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Leadership competencies consistent with an Advisor position at CPP Investments, including demonstration of our Guiding Principles of Integrity, Partnership and High Performance.
- Demonstrated judgement to interpret issues and find solutions relating to the operational elements of Experienced Hires Talent Acquisition.
- Deep understanding of all processes and functions (e.g. invoicing, interview booking, offer letters and background checks.
- Strong familiarity with our ATS and HRIS systems, specifically SmartRecruiters and Workday
- Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable
- Professionalism, and discretion
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, under pressure and to time-sensitive deadlines
