**Job Summary**
Orion Consulting, is a four-year old company, based out of St. Catharines, ON. We help clients in professional services achieve strategic growth and operational excellence.

**Duties**
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and drive traffic to the website.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines, improving SEO performance.
- Manage e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are optimized for visibility and sales.
- Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics to track user behavior and campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize Google Ads and LinkedIn Advertising to create targeted ad campaigns that reach specific audiences.
- Design graphics and visuals using Canva, Adobe Photoshop and other similar graphic design platforms, for marketing materials.
- Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve digital marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce, SEO, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, for website management and data analysis. SQL experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe and Canva.
- Familiarity with WordPress for website development and maintenance.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to inform decision-making.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.

**What We Offer**
- Flexible hours (approx. 10-15 hrs/week to start). Role is WFH, but will require an occasional in-person meetup in the GTA. Location TBD.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
