**Required Experience**:

- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
- Experience working in a warehouse doing small parcel shipping and goods receiving

**Required Skills**:

- Experience in small parcel shipping and goods receiving
- Able to fluently use Windows based computers
- Able to fluently use Microsoft Office software
- Experience using shipping software to generate shipping labels
- Able to read Packing Slips and pick and pack orders
- Experience using inventory control computer systems
- Able to work without supervision and organise work day effectively
- Able to work quickly and accurately
- Quick learner

**Warehouse worker responsibilities**
- Physically receive goods, confirm against purchase order and packing slip or invoice and enter in computer system.
- Follow up with suppliers in case of any errors or discrepancies on goods receiving.
- Put received goods in designated warehouse location, making sure that stock is rotated.
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading of goods as needed.
- Release backorders including short ships, including printing out packing slips of orders to be released
- Print new orders and packing slips.
- Pick and package orders and other goods for shipping and pickup in a timely fashion, using computer shipping software.
- Arrange for pickup of shipments for non-normal modes of transport (same-day couriers, international shipments, etc.).
- Pick, package and ship sample request orders
- Trace lost shipments. Arrange for claims if shipments cannot be found.
- Process product returns, return returned items to stock and issue refunds to customers when appropriate.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and tidiness. Follow shelf-cleaning programme. Discard scrap and outdated stock, etc.
- Move inventory to more suitable location as demographics dictate & update inventory location in computer system.
- Dump garbage at shipping table as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: $23.50 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
