About Us:
Metrotown Active Health is a leading multidisciplinary physiotherapy clinic offering a wide range of services including physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and aesthetician treatments. We are seeking experienced and reliable Medical Office Assistants to join our dynamic team and contribute to our patient-centered care approach.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage patient scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs using Jane App
- Handle ICBC and other insurance billing with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist physiotherapists and other practitioners with room preparation and equipment maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
- Process payments and manage financial transactions
- Coordinate with therapists to ensure optimal patient care and clinic flow

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Medical Office Assistant in a physiotherapy or multidisciplinary healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Jane App for scheduling and patient management
- Extensive experience with ICBC and other insurance billing procedures
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiotherapy practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

- Completion of a recognized Medical Office Assistant program
- Experience in a multidisciplinary clinic setting
- Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Persian) is an asset
