**Location**: On-site | 88 Fulton Way, Richmond Hill, ON
**Type**: Full-Time | Salary + Benefits + Paid Time Off
**Reports to**: Marketing Lead, B2B/ISP Strategy

**Job Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in B2B channel marketing, partner sales support, or lead generation
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with partner types and programs: DMRs, VARs, MSPs, and ISPs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in working with external stakeholders
- Analytical skills to assess lead quality, track metrics, and provide actionable insight
- Understanding of Canadian B2B/IT channel ecosystem is highly desirable
- Eligibility to work in Canada

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage end-user leads to support sell-through activities for channel partners
- Work with VARs, DMRs, MSPs, and ISPs to support joint lead generation campaigns and list-building efforts
- Capture and route inbound leads to appropriate partners based on vertical fit, territory, and capability
- Maintain accurate partner attribution and deal registration data within CRM and tracking tools
- Help execute lead-nurture workflows to accelerate time-to-close and enhance partner ROI
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team, Sales Engineering, and Sales Teams to prepare reports on lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Support lead generation for partner events, webinars, and referral programs
- Research Canadian business directories, vertical associations, and channel marketing databases to enrich target lists
- Occasional provincial/interprovincial travel will be required
