**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Part-Time Field Service Coordinator** to join our Parts & Service team. This is a dynamic role in which you will use your excellent communication and organizational skills to support stakeholders both inside and outside the company. You will be responsible for the swift planning and execution of technical service contracts, coordination of manufactured parts, and coordinate parts & service-related projects.

This position can be very impactful in terms of our customers’ operations and business success. Prior experience in a business-to-business environment is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage incoming requests from customers, working responsively to schedule service visits
- Build strong relationships with customers; proactively reach out to generate additional service opportunities and drive recurring business
- Create contracts and other and project documents, including but not limited to quotes, purchase and sales orders, and job cost summaries, while ensuring job margins are met
- Coordinate and maximize Field Service Technician and subcontractors’ schedules
- Monitor job progress, technician service reports, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate manufactured spares orders, actively collaborating with production and monitoring progress
- Oversee the strapping head rebuild program, coordinating invoicing, tracking, and scheduling
- Provide overall support & communication with the Parts & Service department; occasionally covering spare parts and shipping tasks during vacations or peak periods

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (a post-secondary degree is preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-focused role
- Experience in a B2B capacity is a MUST
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 27.5 per week
