**JOB SUMMARY**

The purpose of this job is to organize and coordinate the programs within the division to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and ensure excellence in customer service and franchise support.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

The following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this job. The tasks and time spent performing each task will vary as business needs are flexible.

**Operations and Administrative Support**
- Recording meeting minutes
- Franchisee support and Sub-contractor liaison
- Generate and distribute monthly work orders
- Prepare monthly invoices
- Monthly revenue reporting
- Operations activity reporting

**Marketing Administration**
- Marketing toolkit and content updates
- Marketing data monthly clean-up
- Updating franchise information in platforms

**Co-ordinating Meetings**
- Plan meeting for small to mid sized trainings/meetings
- Budgeting
- Set up and run onsite meetings
- Create and format meeting documents, reports, and presentations
- Venue selection and bookings
- Participant/attendee co-ordination, invoicing, and expense reimbursements
- Catering details

**Reporting**
- Create template reports for customer payment and billing
- Prepare annual sales revenue reports for customer spending
- National Accounts specific monthly reporting to Accounting Department
- Revenue growth and analysis reports
- Monthly cost accruals for accurate P&L analysis
- Annual franchise review of revenue generated from National Accounts to franchise network
- Annual NA account reporting for P&L

- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Demonstrated sound work ethics
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
- Team player that fosters team-based learning
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Able to multi-task juggling projects as well as multiple franchise support sessions

Advanced MS Office, Superior Excel Skills, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher

**Salary**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
