Project Manager

Temple Metal Roofs is seeking a full time Site Supervisor to monitor and supervise projects to successful completion. Success for Temple Metal Roofs is defined by proactive management of onsite activities, delivering projects on-time and within budget. Temple Metal Roofs offers Year-Round work in Architectural sheet Metal Roofing, Cladding and Associated Building Envelope Work. Temple is a smaller company so we are able to form great relationships with all of our staff. We have an enjoyable Company Culture and we are looking to add to it.

Wages: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00

Our Next Project Manager will:

- 3-5 years in Metal Roofing and Cladding
- 2-3 years as a supervisor or Forman
- An Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings
- Be physically fit able to work on the tools
- Strong ability to lead a 2-3 crews
- Have strong Communication Skills
- Have strong Leadership skills
- Have a strong understanding of Building Envelope systems
- Have valid Class 5 License

Project Manager Duties/ Responsibilities:

- Know the Project Details and Drawings prior to start of the Project.
- Set weekly production goals for crews.
- Drive the work force to work safely and efficiently meeting weekly production goals.
- Training and development of installers (i.e. installation techniques and procedures, etc.)
- Training and development of Foremen and Lead Hand / Junior Foremen (i.e. job layout, job planning, task delegation, administration duties, etc.)
- work with PC to order all materials needed for the Jobs
- Help The Project Coordinator to schedule work force
- Quality Control officer of work production
- Helping PC with scheduling and logistics of material deliveries
- Managing all safety paperwork and requirements both on and off jobsites
- Writing service orders for new work/awarded contracts
- Supervising Projects and insuring they are on schedule
- Conflict resolution within work crews
- Maintaining positive customer relations and communications
- Attending site, pre-job planning, and management meetings and contributing to action plans associated with each
- Participate in company training programs
- Committed to self-learning and empowerment

This position is directly responsible for the production staff; this includes, but is not limited to, general labourers, skilled labourers, foremen, Project Coordinators and sub trades. This position will report to the Management

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
