We are currently looking for bright, energetic people to join our ever-growing health and wellness team who can work 37.5 hours a week during our hours of operation.

**Warehouse Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Taking direction from the Team Lead and/or Manager
- Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
- Receiving products into the inventory management system using a scanner
- Transferring goods from the trucks into the corresponding shelves
- Stocking the shelves with any new products received
- Communicating with the Warehouse Manager of any damaged goods or missing product once packages are received
- Developing an organization system when new brands are added into the warehouse
- Using the warehouse space to its best potential to ensure all top brands are most accessible and overstock is stowed away
- Completing cycle counts on a regular basis, this consists of being able to identify which products have been mistakenly entered into the system with inaccurate inventory numbers
- Attentively reviewing customer orders to ensure any free gifts are provided to the corresponding packages
- Following any company safety procedures
- Warehouse maintenance
- Organizing warehouse inventory
- Improving warehouse layout
- Building warehouse shelving
- Reporting incorrect name or expiry dates of products
- Assisting in various warehouse duties as communicated by the Warehouse Supervisor and/or Operations Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to lift boxes (up to 50 pounds)
- Comfortable climbing ladders (4, 12, and 14 feet high)
- Harness and other necessary safety gear, plus training, provided
- Enjoy being physical
- Excellent English language skills
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, quick learner, and self-motivated

- Valid BC driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

**Education/Experience**:

- High school education or GED
- Relevant work experience in Warehouse management and/or environment is preferred, but not required
