Our non-profit college is looking for an Admissions Coordinator to recruit qualified national and international students into our sound engineering and video game programs.

Job requirements:
Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
Experience in digital marketing and online advertising
Experience in recruiting talent / students
Education and professional experience in music production, sound recording and mixing, and rich experience in sound design, video game design, audio / video production and social media posting, etc.
Strong agent networks and rich recruiting resources are valuable assets.

Job Description:
Develop an increasing number of students attracted to the college by expanding the agent network; improving digital marketing; by organizing and participating in various career fairs and educational events, etc.
Evaluate recruiting techniques by determining the effectiveness of each recruiting activity used in admissions workflows; discern the attractiveness of admissions literature; define the college's expectations to instill in incoming students.
Recruit students by visiting high schools, arts centers, attending college parties, visiting community colleges / colleges and technology establishments.
Maintain recruiting operations by following college policies and procedures; report changes if necessary.
Work closely with employers to develop COOP projects and plans.
