**Insulated Metal Panel Installer**

Thermo Design Insulation Ltd. is Canada’s leading provider of Insulated Metal Panels to the commercial, industrial and climate-controlled construction sectors.

Thermo Design Insulation Ltd. is currently hiring full-time insulated panel installers in the Calgary area.

**Working Conditions**:

- Monday to Friday is standard (overtime hours available)
- Work is preformed both indoors and outdoors
- All work is to be performed on site

**Day-to-day Responsibilities**:

- Measure and cut materials to appropriate lengths
- Cut and prepare metal flashings
- Install metal flashings
- Erect insulated metal panels (IMP)
- Work from heights (training on scissor lift and boom lift can be provided)
- Operate various hand tools (drills, saws, grinders, etc.)
- Perform all tasks safely
- Lift and manage heavy loads
- General site cleanup

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Basic English language skills required
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to lift 50lbs and be physically capable of working in a fast-paced construction environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Driver’s License and reliable vehicle is required
- Safety oriented; Must be willing to learn and consistently grow as an individual
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and deadlines
- Experience with exterior cladding and IMP is considered a strong asset

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Starting at $25.00 per hour

**Benefits**: Group benefits are available; Include dental, vision and extended health.

**Schedule**:

- Day shift only
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime (extended hours or weekends) available
