**Job Summary**: **Executive Assistant.**
**Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following**:
- Supports and collaborates with the Director of Projects Canada and all
Project Managers to ensure: o Coordination of project metrics, milestones, financial KPIs and key reports are uploaded into Freshco’s Quickbase system and priority information disseminated, as directed. o Client-required job reports are done on time, and distributed, as directed. o Support Project Managers with client and project needs to keep projects on schedule, with updated notes including but not limited to the scheduling of tradespeople, communicating with site leads, retail managers, and other business partners, as required.
**Education and other skills**
- Work experience in the high-volume Facilities and/or Construction industry is a key asset. Or other applicable experience.
- Advanced organization skills with the ability to prioritize ongoing tasks across multiple projects at any given time.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be an eager collaborator with multiple divisions and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent computer skills-MS office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Experienced with and adept and willing to learn our client’s software and in
- house platforms.
- Bi-lingual or Tri-lingual language skills are an asset but not necessary.
- Ability to learn to meet the changing requirements of the position.
- Ability to work effectively and independently from a local Freshco office and remotely, as required.
- Must have a valid passport and driver’s license.
**Other duties and qualities required for this position**:
- Participates in, and can be a lead spokesperson for, Freshco’s philanthropic initiatives.
- Motivates and collaborates with other Freshco team members across North
America.
- Takes full accountability for their actions and reactions - wins and losses: demonstrating the ability to pivot under pressure and remain calm under fire to mobilize necessary partners and third parties to immediately address any issue.
- Embraces and takes action towards supporting and being involved in the larger vision of the Division and Freshco overall, contributing ideas to advance their position, the Division and Freshco.
- Consistently demonstrates a strong “intrapreneur” mind-set and related actions.
- Embraces and participates in personal development coaching, and skill development in senior management, negotiations, advance industry knowledge, etc.
