We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in Toronto. As part of a dental group based in Southwestern Ontario, we offer numerous opportunities for growth and learning.

- **Responsibilities**_
- Coordinate patient treatment plans and schedules to ensure smooth operations within the dental office.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options and financial responsibilities.
- Develop and implement training materials for staff to enhance service delivery.
- Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the dental team to improve patient care and office efficiency.
- Utilize instructional design skills to create engaging content for staff training sessions.
- **Qualifications**:_
- High-level knowledge of dental procedures and the ability to discuss treatment plans and communicate with patients professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Two years of experience working as a Treatment coordinator is required.
- Experience with Tracker is an asset.
We are seeking an individual who is hard-working, well-presented, a team player and believes in top-notch patient care. We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal skills and the ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease.
