As a Supervisor you will be working with all our other team members. You will be expected to learn and perform duties such as assisting our amazing customers, using a POS system, product displays, merchandising, maintaining store cleanliness and product freshness. As well as setting a great example for the rest of the team you will need to be able to follow direction, be a self starter and have respect for processes in place and bring new suggestions to the table. This position is the first line of leadership with our team and needs to set a great example. **The right fit in our team and ability to lead is the most important thing in this position**Every member has a job to do and for the team to be a success everyone needs to do their part, we don't believe in managing from an office, we wouldn't ask our team to do something we wouldn't complete ourselves.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per year
