Room Attendant starting wage is 13$/hour **Responsibilities are**: Cleaning of guest rooms vacant and occupied Transferring of needed supplies Communication with guest services and maintenance Independent and team work approaches are used based on demands of the property Occasional outdoor assignments - **Our 67 unit Motel ALSO needs a Supervisor for the Housekeeping Department.**_ - **Motel 6 Saskatoon is looking for you to be AWESOME, and for you to help others to be Awesome each day A great Leader will lead by example in all aspects of their employment.**_ Responsibilities are: - Training and coaching clean team members on the "6 Steps of Cleaning". - Tracking labor on a minutes per room sold basis, assisting team in achieving quality results. - Preparing assignments and following up with progress to meet productivity goals. - Meet all demands of the property by cleaning rooms and carrying out laundry production when required. - Maintain cleanliness of common areas. - Effective communication with Guest Services Staff and Maintenance department, in addition to daily productivity reporting to General Manager. - Responsible for complying with all Safety and Security policies as outlined in the Employee Safety and Security Manual. **Requirements**: WEEKEND DAYTIME work required. - Excellent communication skills (ENGLISH). - Strong organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and direct others to do the same. - Being AWESOME. Hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
