Our orthodontic office is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and hard-working Certified Level II Dental Assistant to join our fast paced and progressive practice. We like to maintain a friendly and easy-going yet professional orthodontic office that provides an exceptional and positive treatment experience for each patient

Orthodontics requires a specialized assistant. We want an orthodontic assistant who:

- Will greet every patient with a warm introduction and smile.
- Will create positive patient relationships and experiences.
- Is gentle and empathetic for our patients; great with children and adults.
- Will anticipate challenges with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Is a flexible team player.
- Has excellent active listening skills, be willing to learn and value continuing education.
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment.
- Maintain office and Operatory cleanliness.
- Record treatment information in patient electronic records, and assist at front desk as required.
- Assist team members chair side when required and provide oral hygiene instructions to patients.
- Take orthodontic scans, radiographs and photographs of excellent diagnostic quality.
- Conduct work in compliance with our office policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

- Orthodontic experience a plus but willing to train the right person.
- Must have and maintain Level II Certification.
- Fantastic work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Dental Assisting: 1 year (preferred)
