**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise hotel staff, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, and maintenance, vendor and pub teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement hotel/pub policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage the front desk & pub operations, ensuring prompt check-in/check-out processes and addressing guest inquiries or concerns.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Foster a positive work environment by training, mentoring, and evaluating staff performance.
- Collaborate with the human resources department to recruit, hire, and onboard new employees.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.
- Address guest feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Promote hotel & pub services through marketing initiatives and community engagement.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in hotel/restaurant supervision or a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with front desk, pub operations and hotel management software is preferred.
- Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures is highly desirable.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to our diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of human resources practices within the hospitality sector is beneficial.

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
