**Job purpose**

Ensuring accuracy on all inbound products in the computer systems in order to keep track of products sales

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain records of products received and transferred in IDEAL
- Check Journal for shortfall quantities and fix them in a timely manner
- Perform inventory adjustments per the requests of related staff or approval of Managers
- Assist Accounts Payable on outstanding inventory invoices in order to take payment discounts
- Analyze and troubleshoot inventory cost problems
- Prioritize and perform daily workload assigned by Supervisor
- Cycle count processing
- Other administrative duties as required

- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A thorough understanding of inventory principals
- Strong communication skills

**Working Conditions**

This is primarily an office based position.
