V.I.L Landscaping is hiring an **Entry-Level Sales Trainee** to learn the ropes of residential service sales — with hands-on experience, ongoing mentorship, and _real_ earning potential. TYou’ll work side-by-side with our head of sales, learning how to speak to customers, qualify them, and help close deals. If you bring the energy and curiosity, we’ll show you the rest. **Your Day Might Look Like**: - Reviewing new leads who came in overnight and following up to qualify them - Picking up inbound calls and answering questions about our services - Making outbound calls to pitch snow removal or maintenance bundles - Updating our system with client info, notes, and scheduling details - Learning how to read people, guide conversations, and close with confidence **No Experience Required.** We’ll train you. What matters to us is that you: - Enjoy talking to people and aren’t scared of the phone - Can handle hearing "no" and keep it moving - Stay organized and consistent with follow-ups - Are looking to _grow_ into something bigger — not just punch a clock **Compensation & Perks**: - Base pay of $20/hr - 5% commission on any closed sale you support - $50 bonus for every lead you screen that closes - Tons of hands-on training, with room to move up **To Apply**: - Tell us about a time you had to handle rejection over and over again. - What do you think separates a good sales assistant from a great one? - How do you stay organized when juggling multiple leads, calls, and follow-ups?
