Job Title: Skilled Labourer/Versatile Carpenter

**Duties**:

- Perform a variety of skilled tasks in renovations, maintenance, and repair projects
- Operate and maintain various hand and power tools
- Assist with the installation, repair, or removal/replacement of material and/or structures (most importantly; framing, drywall, drywall finishing, doors/windows, trim, paint, tile/grout, cabinets and flooring)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

**Experience**:

- You're a self starter who takes initiative, shows up on time and works well with others
- You show a sense of urgency to complete projects on time and to the best of your ability/knowledge
- Proven experience as a skilled labourer in a construction or maintenance setting
- Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blue prints and a tape measure to the 16th of an inch
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate with clients

**Summary**

As a Skilled Labourer, you will be an essential part of our construction and renovation projects, reporting directly to the site supervisor. Your role will involve a variety of tasks that require strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to ensure project success. With a focus on core skills in construction techniques and safety protocols, you will contribute to building and maintaining structures. Your ability to collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to changing environments will be vital in achieving our organizational goals.
