**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all students, including those with disabilities.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to promote positive relationships and collaboration.
- Assess children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly to meet individual learning needs.
- Utilize technology and computerized tools to enhance educational experiences and maintain records.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning activities.
- Maintain organizational skills to manage classroom materials, schedules, and student records efficiently.
- Collaborate with special education professionals when necessary to support children with unique learning requirements.
- Write progress reports and communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to work independently.
- Organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive environment for all students, including those with disabilities.
- Passion for early childhood education and dedication to fostering a love of learning in young children.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $16.50-$26.57 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
