We are seeking a detail-oriented, personable, and highly organized **Painting Services Estimator** to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing residential and/or commercial painting projects, preparing accurate and competitive quotes, and helping clients understand the scope, process, and value of our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate painting project needs and gather measurements.
- Communicate with clients to understand their goals, timelines, and expectations.
- Prepare and deliver professional estimates using estimating software or company templates.
- Identify materials, labour, and equipment required for each project.
- Follow up on open estimates to answer questions and close sales.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate handoff and project planning.
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates, customer interactions, and job details.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating systems and sales processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in the painting or construction industry (preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of painting techniques, products, and surface prep.
- Ability to read blueprints or construction plans (an asset).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong math and computer skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $41,600.00-$52,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
