**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Associate Manager, you will be responsible for the administration of Canada Life segregated funds and guaranteed savings policies. You will be a resource for our field partners, financial advisors, teammates, and the Client Service Centre; seeking to resolve questions and concerns.
**What you will do**
- Issuing and administering savings segregated fund and guaranteed policies
- Processing new deposits, redemptions and general administration for segregated funds and guaranteed policies
- Reviewing transactions entered by field partners, identifying errors, and communicating requirements for corrections
- Providing exceptional, professional, customer service to our internal and external customers
- Producing excellent quality by consistently achieving high audit results, processing with few errors; identify problems and provide possible
- Acknowledging all inquiries within 24 hours. Consistently meets admin services standards to minimize financial impact
- Reconciling accounting errors and adjusting policies as necessary
- Project involvement and miscellaneous duties as requested and/or required
- Understanding pension legislation and related products (RRSP, Non-Reg RRIF, LIF)
**What you will bring**
- Experience working with the Segregated Fund product, Guaranteed interest Option product knowledge is an asset
- Knowledge of Investment Centre and the Unitrax system; Strong computer skills
- In depth knowledge of processes and procedures for Canada Life including the structure of the distribution channel is an asset
- Strong proven attention to detail
- Pension legislation and related products (RRSP, Non-Reg RRIF, LIF) knowledge
- FundSERV knowledge is an asset
- Self-motivated, commitment to self-development and enjoy a challenging and demanding workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Proven ability to learn and grasp new concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Able to deal with difficult situations; critical thinking

- Able to work in ambiguous and unstructured situations
