**Inventory Control Coordinator**

**Summary**

As the Inventory Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for the raw materials inventory accuracy within the Canadian manufacturing network.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Implement and lead a robust cycle counting program of all raw materials across the Canadian manufacturing network
- Issue cycle counting schedules and track adherence to these schedules; work closely with the Sites that need to improve on their cycle counting program and support them in the process
- Investigate root cause of inventory discrepancies and work closely with the appropriate players to improve the processes, possibly enhance our systems

**Required Experience / Required Ingredients**:

- Post-Secondary education in Supply Chain or equivalent experience
- ERP work experience
- Root cause analysis
- MS office proficiency with strong Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with team members
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Desire to build career in Supply Chain
