Irrigation Technician

Able Irrigation Ltd. is seeking a full-time Irrigation Technician for the **Surrey/Langley** area to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in irrigation systems and servicing. The Irrigation Technician will play a vital role in maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting irrigation systems and technology for both residential and commercial clients.

**Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems
- Conduct inspections to ensure systems are working correctly and identify any needed repairs or upgrades.
- Troubleshoot issues and repair or replace faulty components
- Perform seasonal maintenance, including winterizing systems in the fall and starting systems in the spring.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and local water regulations.
- Maintain a work vehicle, stock parts, and keep inventory organized.
- Landscape Lighting
- Willing and able to work rain or shine

**Skills & Experience**:

- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of irrigation system installation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in various outdoor conditions.
- Clean Drivers Abstract
- 2 Years industry experience in all service areas.

**Assets**:

- Certified Irrigation Technicians-Level 1 **(CIT-1)**:

- Certified Irrigation Technicians-Level 2 **(CIT-2)**:

- Certified Irrigation Schedulers **(CIS)**:

- Certified Irrigation Designers - **Residential**:

- Certified Irrigation Designers - **Commercial**:

- Certified Backflow Tester
- Low Voltage ticket.
