Talent Acquisition Lead

With a proven track record of innovative talent attraction techniques, a passion for filling strategic roles, and the finesse to inspire, develop, and lead a TA team to achieve next levels results, this role is instrumental to bringing Richter’s market positioning and employer branding to the talent landscape.
As the Team Lead, you will have a team of direct reports where you will set goals, provide attainment strategies and create a positive, results oriented culture based on two-way accountability and recognition. This role is responsible for proactively conducting work force planning assessments, creating talent pipelines, and keeping a pulse on the talent market, making recommendations to ensure that Richter is a competitive and compelling career choice.
**Further responsibilities include**:
- Work collaboratively with the TA team and leadership to identify strategic needs across Richter’s markets (Montreal, Toronto, Chicago, and future locations).
- Identify target industries with transferable skills/designations to source talent from.
- Lead intake sessions with hiring managers to fully understand role and persona specifications, appropriate target companies.
- Build out talent networks across the industry, and adjacent sectors, and provide market insight and intelligence to the business.
- Participate in update meetings on active searches, providing status reports and presentations where necessary.
- Collaborate with the wider Talent & Culture team on internal projects.
- Ensure recruitment marketing material are in line with our brand and tone of voice.
- Proven experience at the senior recruitment level, talent sourcing in the professional services industry.
- Highly effective in developing and delivering sourcing strategies and creating talent pipelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively yet autonomously.
- Ability to lead, coach and develop Talent Acquisition Advisors
- Social media savvy with complimentary ideas of how to best utilize platforms to drive talent attraction.
- Fully bilingual French/English to support all Richter markets
- Travel to Toronto approximately 2 times per quarter
