**Marketing Analytics Specialist** Employee Type: Full Time Schedule: Monday - Friday Job Category: Marketing and Communications Location: 1250 Lonsdale Avenue, North Vancouver - Hybrid In-Office/Work From Home Options **Key responsibilities of this role are**: - As a member of the integrated Marketing Communications team, you will contribute to the creation and implementation of the marketing analytics strategy. - Working with appropriate stakeholders, manage the creation of analytics and other reports; suggest and implement improvements based on findings. - Create and maintain analytics dashboards and reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact. - Develop marketing analytics documentation and reports for all campaigns. - Analyze, review and report on customer website behaviour and provide recommendations. - Analyze and report on attribution, quality and quantity of inbound leads weekly, quarterly and yearly - Use analytics to manage and create website enhancements and SEO friendly digital content for website and other tactics - Provide proactive recommendations on timely content for social, web and other platforms. - Create and review landing pages and provide insights to optimize for conversions. - Support the creation and execution of lead generation and other marketing automation programs using Marketo with data insights. - Maintain, update and optimize the content of public website as needed. - Contribute to the creation of content and target audiences (internal and external communications) across multiple channels including but not limited to videos, interactive presentations, etc. **Qualifications and Experience** - 3-5 years related experience in marketing analytics including experience in digital marketing / web analytics - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data science or equivalent - Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite is essential - Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards and attention to detail - Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and organizational skills **What can BlueShore Financial can do for you?** - Work with a talented and collaborative team of marketing specialists - A Performance Rewards Program which pays a variable cash reward recognizing the achievement of corporate, collaboration and individual goals. - Limitless career progression opportunities. - Comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses, pension, flexible benefits and competitive compensation. - Opportunity to work in a world class, award winning organization. **What BlueShore Financial needs from you**: - Demonstrated ability to be proactive and learn on the job - “Can do” attitude. - The drive to provide a premium level of service regardless of location or position. - Professional appearance and manner.
