**Location: 9 Riverside Drive, Trenton, ON**
**Employment Type: Full Time, On Site**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**As the Reception/Invoicing Specialist at Electro Cables, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- ** Guest Reception**:Greet visitors warmly and guide them appropriately while managing a professional front desk environment.
- ** Customer Service**:Address customer inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships.
- ** Invoicing**:Manage the invoicing process, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and delivered to clients in a timely basis.
- ** Data Entry**:Maintain precise records as needed.
- ** Collaboration**:Work closely with various departments to support overall operations, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.

**Qualifications**:
**- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A friendly and professional demeanor, with a commitment to customer service.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
